Returns & Refund Policy – Hatua

At Hatua (www.hatuas.com), we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, full refunds or exchanges are not available.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused/unworn

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns are subject to approval at the discretion of the store owner.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error

  • Returns requested after 30 days

Return Authorization (RMA Required)
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
Do not send items back without approval or directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • Refund approval or rejection will be confirmed

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Gift returns may be issued as store credit

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved

  • We recommend using trackable shipping for valuable items
